The International Community Day Mittelfranken thrives on the people who help shape it: organizations, initiatives, communities, businesses – and individual ideas. The ICD isn’t a pre-packaged format that’s simply filled in. It’s a Community Day that grows together.

We’re looking for ideas, perspectives, and formats that demonstrate how international Mittelfranken is today – and how arrival, living, and participation can be successful here. These can be program items, interactive activities, discussion formats, events, or entirely new approaches.

Contact or submission of ideas and suggestions; legal basis: consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) a) GDPR.
5. Recipients or categories of recipients of the personal data
The personal data of the contact person will be passed on to:
– Processors: OSN GmbH (hosting), HiQ GmbH (IT services)
– Third parties: The data will not be disclosed to third parties.
6. Transfer of personal data to a third country
No transfer to a third country takes place.
7. Duration of storage of the personal data
Your data will be deleted after contact has been established. Your data will only be further processed after contact has been established if a partnership is formed or if you consent to further communication with us.
8. Rights of the data subject
Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you are entitled to the following rights:
If your personal data are processed, you have the right to obtain information about the data stored about you (Art. 15 GDPR).
If inaccurate personal data are processed, you have the right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR).
If the legal requirements are met, you may request erasure or restriction of processing and object to processing (Arts. 17, 18 and 21 GDPR).
If you have consented to data processing or if a contract for data processing exists and the data processing is carried out by automated means, you may have a right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR).
If you exercise your above-mentioned rights, the public authority will examine whether the legal requirements for this are fulfilled.

9. Right to withdraw consent
If you have consented to processing by IHK Nürnberg für Mittelfranken by means of a corresponding declaration, you may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future. The lawfulness of data processing carried out on the basis of the consent until withdrawal remains unaffected.
