How did you come to Germany and Mittelfranken?

I originally came to Germany from North Macedonia. When I arrived in Nuremberg, my parents were already living here. This is how my journey brought me to Middle Franconia, where I now live and work. Over time, Nuremberg has become my second home.

“My family was already here, and over the years I have built a life of my own in Nuremberg, both professionally and personally. Today, Middle Franconia is not just the place where I live, but my home.”

What would have helped you upon arrival?

It was a great help that my parents were already living in Nuremberg and could support me during my first steps here.

What I missed most was guidance and easy access to information about public authorities, employment, and everyday life in Germany. That is why I now know how important good support is for people who are new to the region.

Why did you stay in Mittelfranken?

Because I quickly felt at home here. My family was already living here, and over time I built a life of my own in Nuremberg, both professionally and personally. Today, Middle Franconia is not just where I live, but where I feel I belong.

What do you wish for the future?

I hope to continue living happily in Middle Franconia, to keep developing both professionally and personally, and to contribute to helping other newcomers feel welcome and at home as quickly as possible.
